Make COPIES from all your documents, like Passport, Driver Licence, Credit Card, Flight ticket etc. In case of a loss it's useful to have a copy. A TRAVEL HEALTH INSURANCE is useful too. If you have any complaints, talk to us IMMEDIATELY. Only in this way we are able to immediately remedy the situation. If you have to do a payment, make an appointment with her/him. Find the phone numbers on the rental contract. In no case go to the caretakers home without an appointment. If it's your first stay in the USA ask the caretaker that she/he could explain all the appliances: e.g. dryer, micro wave, stove, AC, washer and dish washer. Unfortunately, with the start of the digital TV the handling of the television sets has become more complicated.
