What is a FLORIDA ROOM? | |

On some floorplans (especially in WINTER PARK) you'll find FLORIDA ROOMS. These rooms are a portion of the living room, most (but not always) delimited by a room divider to the other part of the living room. So this room belongs to the living room and is air-conditioned as the entire apartment. The FLORIDA ROOMS are NOT LANAIS, which are "open" and only protected by a screen. | |
