What is a LANAI? | |

On some floorplans (especially in FALLING WATERS) you'll find LANAIS. These areas are terraces or balconies - open and protected by screens. From the apartment they are accessible through doors or sliding windows. They are not air-conditioned. Some of them have OUTDOOR KITCHENS - so called SUMMER KITCHENS. That's a "Second Kitchen". | |
