Many accommodations have a Garage available for the renter. Especially in the summertime it is nice to have a cool car. Optional is a Summer Kitchen.
Click on the 5 digit unit number to look at the vacation homes. All condos - so called in the U.S.A. - are located either in the first or second floor. Minimum standard are sleeps 4 (occupied by two, three or four renters), 2 to 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, air-condition, cable-tv, telephone, washer, dryer, a well equiped kitchen, dishes and linen.
