...with this great Outdoor kitchen on the Lanai (the indoor kitchen is also great) and with sleeps 4 (2 bathrooms) is located on the second floor. In bedroom #1 (Master Suite) there is a King Size bed. In bedroom #2 (Guest Suite) there is a Queen Size bed. In living room there is a queen size sleeper couch (sleeps 2). It has a terrace/balcony - called 'Lanai'. The lanai is screened - of course. The Lanai is WEST facing. If you like to enjoy the evenings sitting on the Lanai and having BBQ, then this here will be the one you'll love. The drinks and snacks you'll get directly from the Summer Kitchen. The Lanai is open and protected by a screen, but you can close it by glass doors to get an additional 'room'. Sorry, the garage is NOT available for you. But there is enough parking space in front of the garage.
Distance to club house (with pool) is about 2310 feet (7 minute walk)!
There are many parking lots at the pool if you go by car.
This unit is our NaplesGolf Number 00071 and is located in building number 2390. The building 2390 belongs to the Amelia Lake association. And the association Amelia Lake is a part of the residential complex FALLING WATERS 'Central', accessible from Davis Blvd, East Naples, Florida, located 5 miles east of downtown Naples and the Gulf of Mexico.
