The Lanai is SOUTH-WEST facing. If you like to enjoy the evenings sitting on the Lanai and having BBQ, then this here will be the one you'll love. The drinks and snacks you'll get directly from the Summer Kitchen. The garage is available for you. It keeps your car cool during the summer.

Special problem in CASCADES: There are reluctantly rented only 2 weeks, because only 1x in the calendar month may be rented. There are then the other 2 weeks 'lost'. It is even worse if the month change is exceeded. Then 2 calendar months are 'used up'.

Distance to club house (with pool) is about 330 feet (1 minute walk)!

This apartment (00115) was the best top quality finished and furnished unit that we had ever booked in FALLING WATERS - styled down to the last detail. Unlike to all previous homes we had the feeling, to be in a private and personal 'AT HOME' and not as usual, to stay in a commercial rental property. But even here - there was a downside: The apartment, in particular the living-room, in spite of the first floor and facing south-west location is very, very dark caused by the close and tall trees. Daylight, let alone the sun, have no chance, even not in the lanai. All in all, NAPLES is for us not only ONE trip worth - it is worth for MANY trips in the future!
