This single family home is our NaplesGolf Number 00437 and is located HERE. The vacation house is located on Moon Lake Drive, which is part of MOON LAKE. MOON LAKE belongs to the city of NAPLES, where it is located north of DAVIS BLVD, east of AIRPORT ROAD, and west of SANTA BARBARA BLVD.
Community Information MOON LAKE:
It is a highly desirable gated community of single family homes. The majority of residences were built between 1988 and 2006. Community amenities include a clubhouse, community pool, library, bike and jogging paths, tennis court, play area, and community room.
It is just minutes away from OLD NAPLES with 5th Avenue and local beaches. Nearby communities are CROWN POINTE, FALLING WATERS, and WINTERPARK. MOON LAKE is the perfect vacation community. You can bike or jog throughout the exceptionally well maintained park; it is lavishly filled with palm trees and vegetation.

approximately 2000 feed away from DAVIS BLVD. All residents and also you as a tenant can enjoy the clubhouse with tennis courts and community pool.
RENTAL RATES: Off season 1st April - 15th Dec. 160.00 USD/night | 4500.00 USD/month
High season 15th Dec. - 1st April 200.00 USD/night | 6000.00 USD/month
All prices are based on an occupancy of 2 persons, $ 14.50/night will be charged for each additional guest.
Children under 2 years rent free.
Minimum stay 28 nights.
All prices include 12% Florida Tax & Tourist Tax.
