A warm WELCOME! This perfect house shown above is located in a quiet, well kept community. Our 'Villa Montclairpark' is in top location in the gated community 'GLEN EAGLE GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB', very centrally located on Davis Blvd right next to the COUNTRYSIDE GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB facility. Our house itself is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and has an ideal West exposure. The house has a pool heater that is powered both by environmentally friendly solar power and by normal household electricity. The house has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms and next to the kitchen a so-called 'Dining Area' with 6 chairs.

If you would like to purchase a temporary membership to the GLEN EAGLE GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB, there is a one-time fee of $450.
